A New Twist on Asian Cuisine
We started Hue restaurant in 2010 with the goal of bringing Vietnamese Cuisine to people with our own personal vibe. Since then, we have expanded to include various Asian dishes that round out our menu. Some traditional, some not. But all of them a tribute to food we love.
Our Kitchen
We launched the Hue Asian Kitchen Food Truck in 2018. In 2022, we opened our new location just a couple doors down from where we started in Bay View. We continue to explore new food, new ideas, and welcome the future together.
Our nightly specials are a beloved Bay View tradition — Two Pho Tuesday, Wine Wednesday, Taps & Apps Thursday, and our Asian Beer-Battered Fish Fry Friday keep regulars coming back all week long.

Bay View is more than just our address — it's our community. We're proud to be a neighborhood staple on South Kinnickinnic Avenue, serving locals, families, and food lovers from across Milwaukee. We're involved in community events, support local farmers markets, and roll out our food truck to bring Hue flavors to the wider city.
We've been honored to be recognized as a Best of Milwaukee winner, voted Best Asian Restaurant by our community. That recognition means everything to us because it comes from the people we serve every day.
